Throw out those thoughts of pesky mosquitoes and instead raise your glass in honor of this adult version of camping.  But before you take a lesson in lean-to lodging - don’t bother – there are no tents at this camp, just comfy B&B accommodations and vineyards galore.  Here - on the other side of the Bay and away from the paparazzi packed Hamptons - lies the North Fork; where your taste buds will explode with brilliant wines and scrumptious cuisine.

After flying into Long Island’s MacArthur Airport it’s simply a quick one-hour drive to the wine event.  This one-hour drive takes you along two lane roads, passing wide open pastures, as well as two-hundred year old homes.  If you don’t feel your cares and worries melting away by now, then my friend, it just may be hopeless.

A trip to Long Island Wine Camp, with it’s historic towns, seaports and antique shops, brings about the pleasures of simpler times.  Having all of this entwined with palate raving vineyards and restaurants, makes this wine event the perfect escape for anyone looking for a short yet carefree holiday.
